Google Slides Search for Public Presentations
Find Google Slides presentations that their owners shared publicly. DocJax limits the search to Google Slides addresses and runs it on the search engine you pick.
File type
Google Slides files are found by their address, so file type doesn’t apply here.

How Public Google Slides Get Found
A Slides deck shows up in search when its owner shares it with anyone who has the link, or publishes it to the web, and the link appears on a public page. Teachers, conference speakers and template makers do this a lot.
Decks live at docs.google.com/presentation. Published decks have /pub in the address, and the search covers both.

Copying a Google Slides Deck
If a public deck allows it, File then Make a copy saves an editable version to your own Google Drive. View-only decks can still be presented and read.
For other Google files, use Google Drive search. For PowerPoint files, use PowerPoint search.
Questions
Can you search all public Google Slides?
No. Only decks a search engine has found and indexed show up, which usually means the link was posted on a public page.
How do I make my Google Slides private?
Open Share and set General access to Restricted. Published decks also need Stop publishing under File, Share, Publish to web.
Can I edit a public Google Slides deck?
Usually not the original. If the owner allows copying, File then Make a copy gives you your own editable version.
