The survey is=pected to begin about the first of March to last three weeks with complete examinations being carried out on all the exposed people and thyroid examinations of unexposed.people in the comparison population. In addition to the Rongelap and Utirik people it is planned to do thyroid examinations on some of the people on Likiep atoll. Attached Is an itemized listing of the examination schedule. About 8-9 days would be spent at Rongelap, 2 days at Utirik, 3 days at Ebeye, 1% days at Likiep, and 2 days at Majuro.
