I have enclosed Dr. Mancuso's handout for the seminar. The presentation was made a t our request. In addition, I have enclosed my summary presentation t o the January 8, 1976, meeting of the DBER Research Committee requesting committee approval for renewal of Dr. Mancuso's contract. The material was prepared i n December 1975 and presented d u r i n g the committee meeting of January 8, 1976. I mention the date because the summary includes a statement on page 4 t h a t " i n March of this year, Dr. Mancuso was informed ata meeting in ERDA Headquarters that his contract would be extended until August1, 1977, but that it would be terminated at that time.''
