Memorandum to james liverman, director, ber. A plan for the fact-finding mission concerning a medical follow-up program for prisoner study is being submitted to mr. Liverman. The mission will consist of discussions with persons in seattle, walla walla, salem and possibly, olympia, and will be conducted by c. T. Fitz, office of chief counsel, rl, j. C. Stuhlmann, office of internal review, ch, and myself. The visit is scheduled for the period of may 12-19, 1976.
