All (100%) of the components being used will be tested both warm and cryogenic. The goal is to eliminate infant mortality before components are placed inside LAC modular. Random sample components from each batch will be fully lifetime tested. After shipment t o SLAC, all LAC modules will be tested in the cryogenic test * ? ,facility at full operational voltage before being loaded into their final X-ray Beams for Angiography” has the potential to be one of the most visible SSRL projects with possibly great benefits to the general public. SAN/ESQA has reviewed and commented upon the safety aspects of this proposal and concluded that the requirements of 10CFR745 have likely been met.
