Dr. Rowland was in here this morning and was looking at the charts listed below: They are the only Pu cases which do not have a code in SAC to indicate whether they are living or dead, except for CHI/3 Unknown which was lost and which we can forget. (We lost track of person--we have the file.) H e would like to have you code in the following for these people:
