This letter is in reply to a letter written may 5, 1972. Rosen states that "we are building a large accelerator at los alamos which will produce a certain kind of particle which we hope will have advantages the treatment of certain types of tumors." unfortunately, the accelerator facility will not be completed for another year. After th several years will be required for animal experiments and clinical trials.
