The AEC ' s Advisory Committee for Biology and Medicine meets periodically, along with representatives from t h e Division of Biology and Medicine, Headquarters, at the various AEC installations performing research under Program 06. The last time this Committee met i n Oak Ridge was 1961, and it desires t o conduct i t s 121st meeting on November 9-10, 1967, and review t h e program of t h e Health Physics Division, ORNL, on Thursday, November 9. None of the members of the ACBM has visited the Health Physics Division before, hence they are looking ahead with considerable anticipation to Dr. John R.Totter, Director, Division of Biology and Medicine, has had preliminary discussions with Dr. Liverman and Dr. Morgan regarding the meeting. Afull day of scientific presentation for the Committee should be planned for Thursday, November 9. . - _ An executive session of the Committee i s scheduled for November 10. are arranging for this meeting t o be held at the ORAU Conference Room, and we will take care of these preparations and see that airline schedules are met that Friday afternoon and evening.
